The location was great, not far from where we had dinner for Valentine's Day. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and sweet!
The front desk called us after midnight saying that someone had complained about noise from our room- we had been asleep. Think it would have been nice to send someone from the front desk to walk the hall and find out exactly where the noise was coming from before calling and waking your guest up. The noise was from a different room, a room that took a shower at 1 am and let the water run for 45 minutes. It wasn't from us.

Young lady that was at the desk both on ck. in and ck. out was great. She told me of some places to eat and were great, and so very nice.

I really appreciated the chance to linger over breakfast. It closed at 10 AM, but Ginger, who was cleaning up, told us we could stay and talk at the table as long as we wanted. (She really was nice.)
I couldn't tell if I needed to pay for wi-fi or not when I tried to log in. Since wi-fi use wasn't urgent, I didn't pursue an answer, but it would be good to have that clear.

My son and I stayed there for his golf tournament held at Chateau Elan. It's right across the street and hundreds cheaper. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot breakfast and a clean bed. Saw a lot of other golfers there as well.
If anything, A/C unit didn't exactly cool the room but it was comfortable enough to not ask for another room.

The property was clean and staff was outstandingly accommodating. The room was perfectly appointed and spotless and the facilities included a fridge, coffee/tea making equipment and a dining area. Particularly good location, the breakfast was good with waffles and scrambled eggs. Spent here 2 very nice days and would stay here again.

We had a blast with friends at this hotel! The location was perfect for a visit to the Barrow County Museum and Gainesville Theatre Alliance. We enjoyed some tennis on-site, and the cozy rooms were well-equipped for our needs. The breakfast was a nice perk too!
The only downside was that the shower drained slowly, a bit frustrating after a long day out. Just something to keep in mind .

The kids loved the swimming pool after our visit to the Barrow County Museum, a fun, cultural highlight. The room was spacious enough for our family to relax comfortably.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities at the hotel. An indoor play area would be great for families.

Had an awesome stay with my family. The room was super comfy with a cozy living area, and the outdoor pool was a hit with the kids! Relaxing by the pool and the fun TV lounge really made our downtime enjoyable. The only downside was the carpets seemed a bit damp, but it didn't ruin our great experience overall 😊

Budget stay for a group of friends
That bed was ridiculous, like sleeping on clouds! Plus, they had a mini Keurig in the room-so bring your K-cups if you like coffee. You can drink in peace, the AC is whisper quiet, man.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly worth it.

Watch out for hidden fees!
They quoted me $85 a night, then charged $645 outta nowhere. I couldn't get through to the agent. Hard to understand and gave me the runaround. I didn't even stay there! The picnic area looked nice, but dealing with their service left a sour taste.
